At Chilli Mama, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may request a return.
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 20 days of purchase.
Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges: At this stage, we only accept returns and refunds. If you would like a different product, please place a new order.
Non-returnable items: Perishable goods, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
